All LGNC orders are printed on demand and are processed within 2 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please note these are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods).

International Orders

We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, LGNC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
